The Trigono boning knife is made of Japanese steel with 18% chromium content (chromium 18) – a particularly robust stainless steel that ensures that the Trigono knives remain uniquely sharp over a long period of time and have a strong stain-repellent effect on acidic foods. Steel with 18% chrome has a perfect balance between robustness and sand-friendly softness – for sharp and at the same time low-maintenance knives. The uniquely balanced triangular shaft ensures that the knives are equally comfortable in large and small hands. The Trigono series consists of five different knives, each serving its own purpose.
