The Plissé series, with its fine grooved structure, is a new edition of a mid-20th century service by Pillivuyt that has been carefully modernised and refined. Pleissé is actually intended for the elaborate but modern table – but due to its thicker shards compared to Fine Bone China, it is also suitable for uncomplicated food, breakfast or tea.Pillivuyt has been producing handmade porcelain of the highest quality for 200 years. The passion comes from the small town of Mehun-sur-Yèvre, 250 km south of Paris, where the craft is passed down from generation to generation.
